Description

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from award through closeout while coordinating field operations, budgets, schedules, and client communication

This is a full-time position within CanTex. The Commercial Glass Senior Project Manager will report to the VP of Glass and the President/CEO of CanTex.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial glass projects simultaneously from kickoff to completion.
  • Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
  • Routinely visit job sites to ensure work is being done accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee coordination of scheduling with General Contactors to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate material procurement, shop drawings and job scheduling.
  • Ensure safety protocols are developed and followed.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate with GC’s & clients.
  • Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, and service crews.
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications and contracts to ensure project compliance.

Qualifications
  • Commercial Glass : 5 years (Required)
  • Preferred- 7+ years' experience in Glass & Mirror
  • Education:  Associate (Preferred)
  • Commercial Glass : 5 years (Required)
  • Min of 2 yr degree preferred or relevant experience
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Valid Missouri Driver's License
